RETURN POLICY
We do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:
- The item shouldn’t have been used in any way
- The item should have its original packaging with all the tags etc.
- The return or exchange request is made within 3 days of delivery.
Place every item in a cardboard box or continue using the original wrapping.

We will examine and process the products after they are received. We ask that you give us up to 48 hours to process your return request.

Refunds will be sent via Internet Banking Funds transfer, and once they’ve been processed, it would typically take 48 hours for the funds to appear in your account.
FAULTY ITEMS
Even though we try our best to only offer high-quality products, mistakes can unfortunately happen occasionally. We respectfully request that you send the product back to us together with a thorough explanation of the problem in order to handle issues as promptly and effectively as possible. After evaluating the damage, our quality care team will get in touch with you by phone or email to let you know.
